Die Küche war leider etwas dürftig ausgestattet- Gläser haben gefehlt, auch eine Pfanne

The reception was phenomenal and was treated like royalty. The customer service was the best ever. I love it there. Would recommend it to every one. Rachell is the best.

We love the architecture of the building; it is quiet and the setting is wonderful. There is lots of space and green areas. There is a clean and comfortable swimming pool surrounded by chairs and parasols.

The car park should be free for the customers. Unfortunately we had to pay a fee.

Sketchy area. Although hotel is gated I would not be comfortable venturing outside the gate alone or at night. There is also no staff or security on property overnight. It doesn’t look like a hotel from the outside and apparently was historically a Catholic school. Which wouldnt necessarily be an issue except for historical elements which remain (i.e. saint’s face on top of a building) which give an odd and even eerie vibe. Room itself was spacious but there were issues in one of the bedrooms (stained bed sheet and dead cockroach). On top of that the WiFi/cable was out with no expected timeframe for resolution.

Excellent base for all the activities we had planned in New Orleans.Lovely relaxing pool we never had any problems getting a lounger Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.We felt safe gate key, door key and 24 hour surveillance

The location is great, clean rooms

This place needs more, the beds a horrible. It needs tvs in the bedroom. And a complimentary breakfast for the price wouldn’t be bad

Heerlijke appartementen en een heel fijn zwembad. Gastvrouw Rachel maakt het helemaal naar je zin en ze is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook veel aandacht voor het plezier van de kinderen. De bedden en badkamer zijn ook goed. Gewoon een heerlijke plek voor een verblijf met je gezin.

De wijk is nog in opkomst en vooral ‘s avonds kan er een grimmige sfeer hangen door verslaafden en zwervers rondom de grote straat naast het hotel.

Very quiet and clean.

It could use one more floor lamp and more seating for a family in the living room area. The can lights were nice, but bright when you wanted some light at night.
