I truly enjoyed my stay, I only wish it would have had a bath tub. That is my only complaint. Oh and it did not have a pool or hot tub.

"Excellent experience"

Came to the Placery tonight for some dinner and a drink and ended up staying for a few hours. Chris was amazing and made excellent drinks. Will certainly come back on my next trip to town. Food was good too.

"Overnight stay at Hyatt Place Albany"

The Hotel was conveniently located in Albany, it was clean and reception and bar area comfortable. Parking was adjacent to the hotel so not as convenient as most. Facilities were adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was good but not great. Would have no issue with returning for another stay.

From when I first walked in the door I was greeted with such a pleasant smile by Nee Nee and it didn't stop there her hospitality was off the charts We decided to eat and have a couple of cocktails in house since we been driving all day and it's now 6:30 pm unfortunately we did miss happy hour. We order a couple of drinks and you would of thought we were the only ones here but not true all but one seat at the eight seated bar was full we sat at a near by table and the bartender/waiter/cook though very exquisite bar food was not only served timely for a one man show it was quite delicious Mike's skills multi tasking need to be recognized he did a fantastic job I am very pleased

"A heartbreaking experience"

I stayed at this hotel May 2025. My jewelry valued at approximately $4,000 was stolen from my room shortly after I had inadvertently left it there in a drawer. After 6 months of an insurance investigation, I received an apology from Hyatt. At that time they refunded the cost of the room after I requested it. As far as I know, the thief and negligent manager are still employed.

"Uneventful, Just like I like it."

It was an uneventful stay except for the snow. Just like I like it. I am a Hyatt Explorist Member and would recommend this location. Parking may be a challenge, otherwise good.
