10/10 loved my stay, the area is gorgeous

Excellent customer service! The price was good for the age of the motel. It was clean and I slept well. It provided the necessities needed since we were only in our room at night to sleep.

Very Comfortable Stay!

Older motel but very clean. Had two bedrooms which I loved. Really good water pressure.

The water smelled really bad!!! The celling showed signs of roof leakage because there was warped celling tiles and stains. Very small TV and only one chair.

Quite little motel. Check in was at the small gas station next door. We had a single room. Our cars navigation system did not take us to the right place, but google did. We recommend bringing water to the site as there is a lot of sulfide in the water. It smells of rotten eggs and has a tint to it. It's not unusual for rural areas. If you are sensitive to smell, I would not recommend staying here. I would also bring a bag for recycling as there isn't one. Otherwise, it was great! Very quiet area. I likes that there were flashing yellow lights for the turn. The road to it is 65 miles an hour so the notice is great.

Everything is ok for the price except for water quality. Need to buy bottled water to shower for 3 days.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, sheets were new and clean! Walking distance to Lake Superior and AuTrain beach. Tiny, quaint motel. Great stop on my UP journey. Handmade, fresh pastie too!

We booked this location last minute to split up a long drive so it was only one night, and thats about all its good for. Its old but clean. It had everything we needed, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, coffee maker and coffee. Small but functional bathroom. The water is not city or softened so there's a little smell to it. The mattress was soft and a little squeaky. You get what you pay for. Wouldn't stay there for more than one night.
