The location for our 4 day Conference was amazing being across the street from the Convention Center! Also enjoyed having a bar and restaurant though the food wasn’t good and they’d run out of three things I tried to order. It was convenient.

The room smelled Smokey. The bed was hard as a rock! The bar and restaurant were not stocked well.

Put microwaves in duplex rooms.

The staff ignored my request of the breakfast included in my booking.com confirmation...that pissed me off even after showing them my booking reservation included breakfast...lady was never helpful...

Love that I am not charged for services like food automatically. We don’t always use the extra services but when we do they are convenient and good.

Sometimes they are hard to get into because a lot of people think the same as us.
