Harborside Suites

Stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time here. We had the 2 adult room with king sized bed. The inside is a nice, clean and updated space that is comfortable to be in. We actually extended our stay in the cape and had to do so in a different location and really missed this place.

Old and outdated. Strange odor. Door knob and lock set did not work properly and you struggled to lock and unlock it. Dumpster was 20 ft from the door and it stunk. Sheets were ripped and the mattress was stained. No counter space we had to leave everything on the floor.

It seemed as a construction site, the lobby was filled with tools and dirty clothes from the room. The pool adverticed was under remodelation and was filled with boexs and construction stuff. We asked the person in the front desk to show us the room that we noticed it was dirty so we didnt stay on the reservation. Tried to cancel the booking with expedia, they were very kind and send them all the information and pictures... but declinded. Just dont stay at this crapy hotel

The lock getting in too complicated for an old guy not enough light. I couldn’t figure out the television the entire time I was there!!!!

Townhouse style apartment. Very well maintained and cleaned. Wish they put a broom and dustpan in each unit because of the sand and dirt.

Please look elsewhere when considering your stay in Yarmouth! My friend and I checked in/checked out on the same day due to finding a cockroach in our bathroom. Once there is one (especially one that is visible) you know there is more! We called the front desk immediately who offered to accommodate us to a different room, however, we knew that wouldn’t fix the overall issue. A refund was requested but only granted for the second day of our stay. We ended going elsewhere in the middle of the night.

Arrived to Harborside suits to be greeted with bed sheets filthy, covered in stains & loose hairs. We asked for fresh bedding and got switched to the room over which was once again unclean with stained sheets. Many things about this property were unsettling but the biggest thing I will note was the sound of scurrying and scratching in the walls. We felt as if there were animals right behind our bed. Please save your money and book else where.

When we got there the room seemed nice, and then little by little it just got worse and worse. When asked for extra pillows and sheet i got questioned on why i would need more, didnt even want to mention that there was a stain that looked like blood on the other sheets. One ofnthe steps was broken. And worst of all was the lock to the door stopped working at one point. When the owner came to fix it he laughed about the situation. All we could think about is what would happen if we came back late and the door wouldnt work again who would help us because there office closes at 9pm. Just overall a terrible experience.

I reserved a king size bed, but when I arrived was initially given a queen size bed. The room smelled funny. The hot water tank was exposed in a corner. Missing trim rings on the recessed lights. Bathroom could have been cleaner (hair left in shower). It appeared that there was no dead bolt or way to positively lock the door from the inside(only had to rely on the electronic door lock). The door latch on the door jam was all messed up, which did not give much sense of safety and security. Parking lot had cars being worked on.
