the place seemed very sketchy- got a facelift, but door felt like someone could break into it

Paper thin walls , poorly /cheaply renovated. Hot water was non existant

Staff seemed friendly but the property is very run down. The shower didn’t drain, the bedding was like sleeping under tissue paper, the grounds looked like the property was vacant, and the inside was reminiscent of a frat house.

Everything went well but the AC is noisy

You can tell with the new owners they are working on it and were very friendly. The inside of our room was renovated though the outside was not. My hope is it keeps getting better as they make improvements.

The staff was very nice. However our room was pretty noisy. There was a door which led to the persons room next to ours, we were woken up very early by the noise coming from it. Also found a couple of dead fruit flies on one of the beds. But everything seemed to be newly renovated, and it was a great location.

What was good: Comfortable Bed: Quality mattresses, fresh linens, and pillows;Coffee/Tea Maker; a work desk with a comfortable chair; TV-set, fridge and in-room safe. What need improvements: 1. no laggage racks - you have no choice but to keep your laggage on the floor which is not good 2. no towel hooks or racks in the bathroom at all! Towels placed on the toilet tank 3. No Closet or Wardrobe at all - it forces you to keep your clothes in your luggage. A hanging clothes rack on wheels would be a practical addition, the room is big enough to allow to do that. Otherwise, the hotel has a great potential to be a nice place to stay

I reserved a king size bed, but when I arrived was initially given a queen size bed. The room smelled funny. The hot water tank was exposed in a corner. Missing trim rings on the recessed lights. Bathroom could have been cleaner (hair left in shower). It appeared that there was no dead bolt or way to positively lock the door from the inside(only had to rely on the electronic door lock). The door latch on the door jam was all messed up, which did not give much sense of safety and security. Parking lot had cars being worked on.

They seem to have just had a Staff overhaul or a new acquisition . As such they was some hiccups due to this . They have numerical code locks VS card keys as such it felt less safe than I would have liked . Not likely going to choose for a short 1 night stay again but for a week plus the kitchenette may not be wasted space .

The accommodation was great for one night! My only complaint was there was not an infant crib available.
