Clean rooms Disappointed that the swimming pool was under construction and was not listed anywhere online about that. Ask the receptionist for a discount on the room because of the pool and was told no.

Unfortunately anything I liked was downgraded by the noise at night. There were alot of people that made ALOT of noise outside at night. The walls are thin so not sure if they were right outside our door or in the next room but it was awful. No sleep at all on this short getaway. The room was clean, the towels could be upgraded. I asked for regular coffee packets a couple of times and was told yes they would bring them but that never happened. Other then that any other interaction with staff in the office was pleasant and helpful.

Check in was friendly and informative Townhouse was updated and very clean with modern fixtures. The shower had great pressure and plenty of water settings. AC worked great There’s a good size refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a microwave all clean. Plenty of lighting options a desk large closet. Beds were clean and no trouble sleeping. Location close places to have meals. Grocery store across the street. This hotel was great for our 3 night stay. Budget friendly. They gave me a nice deal when booking the 3rd night. Overall a very nice stay

Just fine for an overnight study, but not a vacation destination.

Townhouse was spacious with kitchen. There were pots to use but no cooktop only portable if you asked in the office. No hair dryer, iron or detergent for dishwasher. They do not clean only once a week. You have to walk with shoes on as floors are dirty. If you take your shoes off your feet will be dirty after few minutes. AC unit only upstairs and very loud. It was a good location and close to everything. Owner was friendly. They need supply people with basics for a week if they are not going to clean like other comparable motels.

No curtains on the windows upstairs, no kitchen towels, no trash bags. However, crib was provided, blankets as well. Thus 4 from 5.

When we got there the room seemed nice, and then little by little it just got worse and worse. When asked for extra pillows and sheet i got questioned on why i would need more, didnt even want to mention that there was a stain that looked like blood on the other sheets. One ofnthe steps was broken. And worst of all was the lock to the door stopped working at one point. When the owner came to fix it he laughed about the situation. All we could think about is what would happen if we came back late and the door wouldnt work again who would help us because there office closes at 9pm. Just overall a terrible experience.

Good for a cheap option if you need to crash overnight, would not book for a vacation etc

Please look elsewhere when considering your stay in Yarmouth! My friend and I checked in/checked out on the same day due to finding a cockroach in our bathroom. Once there is one (especially one that is visible) you know there is more! We called the front desk immediately who offered to accommodate us to a different room, however, we knew that wouldn’t fix the overall issue. A refund was requested but only granted for the second day of our stay. We ended going elsewhere in the middle of the night.
