Cassius Clay was so helpful and kind, Mariana is always uplifting and encouraging with every visit. What a great experience.

Central location but there is a lot of road construction right now. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms are tiny but well appointed. Biggest gripe was that I expected better service from a luxury hotel with ties to AmEx's Fine Hotels - in particular, the in room dining services was embarrassingly subpar. We had to have three different phone calls to place our order which was still incorrect.

The service that I received from Mr. Cassius Clay is a 5 star. Very attentive and detailed with service. This is the of atmosphere and service that will keep your guests coming back. Thank you for service.

My husband and I stayed at The Crescent Hotel for a staycation, and let me just say… this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everything about this property felt luxurious, intentional, and absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was immaculate. I have to give a special shoutout to Cassius Clay, he was truly phenomenal. Professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. He made us feel welcomed in a way that instantly set the tone for our stay. Cassius didn’t just provide great service… he elevated the entire experience. He deserves all the praise! There were so many things we loved about our stay, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, the comfort, the elegance… everything exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already talking about our next visit. We will definitely be back. From the moment we stepped out of our car, the service at The Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth was exceptional. We were warmly greeted and welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco in celebration of my sister’s birthday—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Cassius Clay and Mariana provided professional, attentive service and ensured our check-in was seamless. They made sure our room had everything we needed and took the time to answer all of our questions about dining options, transportation, and the spa. We have never experienced this level of hospitality at any hotel, and their genuine care and attention truly made our stay memorable. We will absolutely be returning.

The maintenance needs IMPROVEMENT! The bathroom has lots of issues including bath handle fell off, shower gel and shampoo pumps not working, and the bath tub sealer not working. When bath handle fell off, the water sprayed onto my head. The room service TEXT was professional and friendly BUT no one delivered What was promised for. LOCATION is great, 2 mins walking distance to the art museum. Close to the restaurants nearby. The front desk and staffs were friendly and greeted you with nice smiles. The hotel is beautiful and the bar and restaurant are modern and comfortable. The hotel restaurant’s dessert and breakfast were delicious! The room is spacious and beds are comfortable.
