The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth

The hotel is always beautiful but even more so with the Christmas decorations. Our aperitifs at The Circle bar were delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and the toiletries smell amazing. Most importantly was the warmth and friendliness of the staff, especially Mr. Cassius. He was so helpful, welcoming, and accommodating.

Cassius Clay was so welcoming when we visited the hotel!! He’s a tremendous asset to your hospitality team. When we visit again we’ll be sure to ask for him.

Great hotel and comfortable beds. Taff was very helpful and Cassius was particularly friendly and helpful to us since my father-in-law needed help after surgery.

Experience was good until we checked out and a few hours later realized my wife left her jacket in the armoire in hotel room. Contacted hotel same day we checked out (approx 4 hours later) and the jacket was already missing. Unacceptable for this type of hotel.

Clean and comfortable and great location

upon check out there was a $77 "resort fee" that is automatically added to your room total. It is not a resort, they don't even have a pool, and there were no resort facilities there - just a gym...It was very money grabbing.

Our overall stay at the Crescent Hotel Ft Worth in November 2025 was made memorable by our interactions with Cassius Clay at the front desk. Beyond helpful, personable and professional Cassius made a lasting positive memory on many of us, as we celebrated nuptials for our good friends.

Amazing atmosphere and top quality service. Ask for Cassius when you arrive you’ll never be better accommodated or cared for, he is a real professional.

Accommodations are excellent and Cassus Clay went over and above to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. Enjoyed the restaurant and gym.

Awful front entrance. No ATM machine. No gift shop. Room service took forever. Food cold. Food below average. Other than that great trip.
