"The hotel is understaffed."

We stayed at your property for a wedding weekend. After lunch, on Saturday, I returned to the room approximately 4:30 and Housekeeping had not taken care of the room. I called the front desk and they stated that they would send someone up. No housekeeping responded, so there were no clean towels for the next morning, and the coffee bar did not get replenished, and the bed was not made. The hotel safe did not work - it was locked. Lights above the coffee bar and mini bar did not work. Service at the bar was very slow and obviously understaffed. Had to wait Saturday evening for 30 minutes to get a glass of wine. Valet was very good.
