The Crescent Hotel, Fort Worth

Excellent experience at the hotel. Everyone was super nice especially Cassius Clay. Really made us feel at home. The room was very comfortable with all modern amenities. Bar and Emilia’s very good and a great gym.

I wanted to take a moment to write this review about a specific employee, Cassius Clay, the bellman at The Crescent Fort Worth. What a truly remarkable man. From the moment we arrived, he was accommodating, genuinely kind, and consistently went above and beyond for my family and me, not because he had to, but because he clearly cares. What made the experience even more special was getting to talk with him about his life journey and where he is now. Those conversations stayed with me long after our stay. His warmth, perspective, and authenticity are rare and unforgettable. Because of Cassius, I will absolutely return to this hotel. He is a true asset to The Crescent and sets the gold standard for hospitality.

My son’s wedding celebration was at the crescent hotel. We booked a suite. Upon arrival the alarm clock had an incorrect time and an alarm set for early morning. We attempted to Cheng this however there was no option to unplug or turn off or change the time and alarm time. We called the front office, and my husband went downstairs to discuss the issue - they said they would have it repaired/fixed. It was never done during our three nights day. We booked a private room at the restaurant called the blue room two months in advance for breakfast. We arrived at 9 AM for breakfast and the room was not ready. Once we ordered our food, it took over an hour to receive and some of our guests had to leave . Over all a disappointing experience.

Checking in at night could be confusing with street construction going on. Drove here 5 hours on our way to visit family. We stayed here on Christmas night booking with Amex FHR. No room upgrade was offered or option for late checkout. We had breakfast in the morning. Pancakes and the plain bagel for the kids were overcooked hard cutting and biting into. Not soft and moist like it should be. Coffee was room temperature not hot. Bed & pillows were too soft for my liking. Not sure this place was worth $500 night asking price. Will probably skip this brand next time around.

We live in the metroplex and enjoy going to fort Worth for a night or two. We stay at The Crescent when we come due to the location and service. If you get the chance, meet Cassius Clay. He will greet you when you walk in. He treats you like royalty and makes your stay memorable.

We had an amazing time with a level of service you can’t find anywhere else. So many folks that were there to help us out, but a special thanks to Cassius Clay (yep, that’s his real name). Absolute top shelf all the way around. Beautiful rooms, great food, perfect experience.
