citizenM Boston Back Bay

The location was wonderful, close to everything and if the subway station right out front was open and working that would have been even better. But the price for the room was pretty steep considering it felt like we were in a sardine box. The space was so small there was very little room to place anything or move around. We had to valet our car and was told one price per day but when we left it t was more than double the price we should have paid. We were there two nights and were charged roughly 4 days of car parking. Overall location was great but I’m not sure it was worth the stay otherwise.

Rooms are quite small, it’s one of the those condensed concept type offerings but ok for single occupancy

A King size bed would be hard to use if with your spouse. You would have to crawl over

Space in the room is beyond imagination small and bed is placed in a way that out of the beds four borders only one end is accessible and bed is mean for two people so if one has to go to wash room at the middle of the night the person need to cross the other person or if two people sleeps over bed it’s small bed compared to standard beds.

Loved the modernness. I know the rooftop restaurant/bar aren’t run by the hotel but they are not nice people. We witnessed multiple occasions of them being rude

The people at the rooftop bar were not nice.
