Hotel Garrett

I thought it was a hotel but I ended up in a motel-six style room, with single pane louvers that made me feel like I was right on the street. Both check in and check out was weird - front desk vibes. The bed was comfy. The bathroom atrocious. Cleaners did not replace coffee. Wouldn’t matter if breakfast wasn’t so bad.

The room was amazing I know the hotel can’t handle the outside situations, but inside you must give this hotel a chance, the room was one of the best, and kudos for the reception personal, there are so professionals and helpful

Gabe at the front desk was more than accommodating and very cheerful. He told me about everything and all the amenities that the hotel offered., free, coffee, free, pastries, warm, egg bites, croissants, and danish. It was really great to have that in the morning. There was a nice sitting area where you could converse with other guests if you wanted to.. the rooms were clean and well equipped with extra blankets towels pillows. Enjoyed the old school tile in the bathroom.. we won the north side with the bus stops below on the street, so there was a little traffic noise, but nothing that the earplugs they provided could stop. I stated at the same location, probably 12 years ago when it was the Best Western. All in all, I give it a five star because of the price the proximity to Market Street and the closest to my family that lived there! Thank you Gabriel will return😀

The beds were amazing and so was the foosball table in the lobby. The front desk staff and the hotel staff were overall just really sweet people. The area of town was beautiful eventful and close to really good restaurants. When we come back, we’re gonna hit up the pool that looks really fun. The continental breakfast was amazing. The fruit tarts were delicious. Can’t wait to come back, thank you Hotel Garrett for the most tremendous overnight stay

I had a delayed arrival and some confusion due to travel issues, but Gabriel at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to look into everything, explained what was going on clearly, and made sure my stay was taken care of without making the situation more stressful. His calm attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference after a long travel day. Customer service like this is exactly what you hope for when things don’t go as planned. Thank you again, Gabriel. I really appreciate it.

First and foremost, Gabriel was FANTASTIC! What a great employee! He was very helpful and took care of all my needs. The hotel was clean and the bed comfortable. Parking was secure and at a descent price. They also offered a decent continental breakfast. Thanks Gabriel, Dan

Hotel Garrett had a warm and friendly aura. The concierge was nothing but exceptional in helping me check in. I was allowed to leave my bags early before check in and also later after I checked out. It was securely looked after. There is a security guard that patrols the perimeter at night. It has free complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Safety is a lot more guaranteed being south of mission street. I appreciated my stay here. Hotel is very modern with everything on the inside being relatively freshly done. Nothing felt antique like the paint job or carpet. It all felt up to date.
