It was great staying at hotel Garett. I was there for databricks Summit and wanted to stay close to Moscone center but also in a safe vicinity. The hotel met both of these checks. On top of that, i really liked hospitality from the host Gabrial, he was wonderful to talk to and very helpful in the all the queries i had about surrounding area. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended!!

At least they had bananas (green)

Location is not in the safest area. We did not feel safe to walk the area. Room was clean with minimal amenities. Went to San Francisco to watch the Giants. There was a conference in town and nothing was available closer to the stadium. The Uber to the stadium (1.2 miles away) was comparable to the cost of the ride from the airport. There was no thermostat to control temperature in the room. Hotel leaked of vaping drugs.

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times in the past as its a great value for SF and always have clean rooms with great amenities, like a rooftop pool across the street. During my recent visit, I needed an early check-in, and Gabriel went above and beyond to accommodate my request, demonstrating exceptional customer service. Additionally, I was dissatisfied with the size of the first room assigned to me, but Gabriel quickly intervened and arranged a more suitable accommodation. Overall, my stay was extremely enjoyable thanks to Gabriel's attentive support and professionalism. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I love staying at this hotel. This is definitely my go to. Super easy to check in. Love the parking. Walking distance to deli board and square pizza. It’s always super clean and super convenient. Love how friendly all the staff is. Gabriel always takes good care of us. Honestly 10/10 . Thank you so much for everything. 👍🏽
