The floor was dirty, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and there was dark hair in the shower on floor and shelf. I didn’t use the shower and I have blond hair. Kinda disappointed, I have stayed here a lot and this is the first time it wasn’t clean
We had a different room from our last stay a couple of days prior. The toile would run every 5 minutes or so. Tv wasn't as nice. Beds were made very poorly. The sheets were wrinkled, like they have been slept in.

I shared with Bryce as I was leaving Saturday morning that it was so refreshing to be in a hotel that was colorful and bright. Saturday was raining in North Platte. Skies were dull and gray. With so many properties painting the walls gray, using gray for furniture and floors and even artwork, it's no wonder so many folks suffer mental health issues. Let's Cheer for COLOR. When you ask someone what color immediately lifts their mood, it's never GRAY!
CAThe staff were very helpful and our room was clean. Breakfast was ok, but the coffee was very good.
At breakfast, the trash should not be right in front of the food.
