A great property from top to bottom. Loved everything about this stay. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The room was fantastic, exquisite, and comfortable with a great view. The onsite bars and restaurants are also wonderful. Tried all of them and they were great. The SPA services are also wonderful. Cannot recommend this place enough! Splurge for the luxury, you won't be disappointed!

Had a night from a school gala silent auction and went for a quick staycation without the kids and lab and had a wonderful experience. The service is top notch, from checkin to the restaurants to the spa to everyone you encounter…Fox does it again!! I would recommend the splurge for a suite with a balcony, the decor is so well appointed that just hanging in the room is an escape. Would also recommend booking dinner up at Thea and drinks in the lounge downstairs before, unless you are a hermit and don’t want to be around people…then book the Embassy Suites down the road 😀.

This hotel is Ritz, Phoenix Style. Not for kids. Very adult. White wine $23 a glass BUT service unparalleled. Amenities amazing. Rooms great and pool beautiful with great service. Bars crowded with a younger crowd (25-45) but food good everywhere. Clean! Attentive staff who address you by name

Service it’s terrible, nothing like the Four seasons

From the moment I checked in and was assisted by Tatum Wahl, it was a great experience. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Landon and Lyle at the front desk were outstanding throughout my stay. Rico from in room dining was terrific. Chef Jason Hua was incredibly sweet and took the time to have a nice conversation, as I happened to share an elevator with him and started the conversation by complementing him on the outstanding food. The hotel met and exceeded expectations with the amenities, food quality which is 5 star and beyond and the incredible customer service. Everyone went out of their way to remember me by name. Truly a magnificent 5 star experience in all aspects.

Came to Phoenix for business my company choose this property but was a disaster. Rooms were not clean gave us a room in which people were sleeping in the bed. When complaint about the noise from the club in the lobby. The security selling drugs in the lobby and in the hallway even in the bathroom. I had spoken to the security about it. There were 2 security guys Steven and Cliff I tried to get in touch with the manager nothing was done about it. No call Or Email regarding the problem. Even the bartender offered to sell drugs my friends and he turned it down. The management needs to take care of this issue ASAP.

From the moment we arrived, valet, bell hop, check-in & the exquisite resort, exceeded my expectations!!

My wife and I really enjoyed this property, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and every place we ate in property was delicious. Will definitely be returning in the future.
