The Global Ambassador is the best addition to phoenix!

We were very excited to book a 2-day staycation at The Global Ambassador. Having enjoyed the lobby bar and Thea restaurant, we looked forward to seeing the rooms and enjoying the newly opened spa. Our room (302) was quite spacious. Be aware that, as this is a centrally located hotel, you will hear traffic noise from most locations. The spa has an abundance of amenities and our 90-minute couple’s massage (Heather and Tara) was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be back and hope that the sauna and steam room will be up and running at that time. The fitness center is a standout. Great equipment, Daniel was super-helpful in providing an orientation, and you will get a great workout. We didn’t spend much time at the pool, but the lounge chairs were super comfy and the staff were very gracious and welcoming. All in all, we are pleased to have The Global Ambassador as our neighbor, and plan more fun times in this happening and well-appointed space.

This hotel is great. The suite we had was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was ultra clean. The hotel common areas are all GORGEOUS. The rooftop restaurant is the best. The food was excellent and service was on point. The vibe was very energetic and upbeat. I had the best quesadilla I ever tasted at the poolside restaurant (maybe I need to get out more...). The coffee lounge was nice also. Our ONLY complaint was that they did not serve any breakfast early enough and we had to go offsite just to get something to eat before we started our outings for the day.

Excellent service and friendliness. They were out of many dining things and room service takes 40 minutes. But other than that great experience. Well worth it.

This place is beautiful, and fantastic for people watching! From valet to concierge, room service, and bar, all staff are friendly and helpful to every person they interact with. The valet moved quickly despite significant traffic at all times. The concierge was quick for check-in and immediately made us feel at home with a welcome cocktail, friendly conversation and acknowledgment of an upcoming birthday. They also made a reservation at the bar to make things easy when we met our friends for drinks. The property was busy from 5pm throughout the evening. This place hosts wedding celebrations, athletes, bachelorette parties, etc, but does that while also welcoming couples looking for a relaxing weekend. The rooms are very nice, the beds/pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the rooms come well-stocked with drinks and comforts such as robes, clothing steamers, etc. Location is also great, with on-site dining options as well as several fantastic restaurants within a 10 minute Uber ride. Great spot!

Great happening hotel with great restaurants

The restaurant experience was awesome. We were there with a family member who lives in Arizona. The food was well prepared and the staff was very friendly/accommodating towards my family for dinner!!! Thanks for being top shelf and classy…it was much appreciated.

Absolutely loved staying at The Global Ambassador Hotel! The entire property exudes an amazing atmosphere, perfect for capturing beautiful and luxurious photos at every turn. The service was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with the gym, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym equipment. The food was outstanding, offering a delightful culinary experience. We celebrated our 6th anniversary here, and it was truly a memorable occasion. We can't wait to return for another stay!
