Staybridge Suites Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

This hotel was amazing! It was very clean. The staff was nice, and the free breakfast was phenomenal. Enjoyed the free airport shuttle and restaurant as well.

Close to Love Field. Friendly, staff. Shuttle left promptly. Clean room. Comfortable furnishings. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great EXCEPT the time it took to get picked up at the airport by the shuttle. I called to tell the girl at the front desk that we had our luggage and were walking out to get picked up. She told me to call back when we were standing under the green signs. I called again when we were at the green signs and she said, “ok, I’ll send it.” Why couldn’t she send it when I told her we had our bags and were walking out? Instead, we had to wait 28 minutes standing under the sign. I had called earlier that day to tell them what time our flight came in and that we would need a shuttle pickup. One reason I chose Staybridge was because it offered this service. The shuttle driver was great but the counter person could have been more prosctive. Once a person is walking out of the terminal, they should be able to request pickup.

Everything was clean and it was all that we needed. Front service was amazing I went before check in and they said room wasn’t ready but they ended up upgrading my room for no additional cost. Only thing that was not great was that one of the 2 tVs was not connecting to any channels. It wasn’t a big deal considering it met all the rest of our needs! Would definitely stay again!

Close to Love Field so easier to make early morning flight

There’s a NASCAR event on the highway at night— all night! It was non-stop car racing on Stemmons that was so loud my noise canceling headphones couldn’t deafen it enough to allow even 15 minutes of sleep.

My room was quite, clean and comfortable. Checkin was fast. I checked in at 11pm and was disappointed the bar, restaurant had already closed. TV did not work; I called the front desk who said they would send someone, but he never showed up likely due to the late hour.
