The complimentary Breakfast was amazing. Prepare to give the Waitress or Waiter your Room number before you can enter. The Hotel Room was CLEAN and provided everything I needed for my 3 day stay. Beautiful Kitchen which comes with mostly everything you need. Bathroom Forgot your Soap, Shampoo, or Conditioner No worries it’s Supplied for you in the shower (Dove Products). Overall awesome stay. Some employees didn’t speak English but no worries they were friendly and tried their best to help in anyway. Will be staying here again in the FUTURE.

The Staybridge Suites was the perfect choice for my long trip to Dallas! (8 nights!) It was centrally located, within 15 minutes of everything I needed to get to on my trip (Dallas Art Museum, Galleria, Botanical Gardens, etc.).The breakfast each morning was exquisite and delicious in the newly renovated dining space. The pool area was well maintained and the staff, from Perry the shuttle man to the management and front desk staff were phenomenal! I felt cared for at each moment, and they were extremely knowledgeable. I will be back!

My stay was a good experience and the front desk lady was very friendly and help me with anything I needed. My only concern and issue I had was the way my husband was being treated when all he wanted to do was to view the breakfast for possibly to eat. I was told a guy who worked there stopped him and questioned him on who he was and what he was doing there and he had to confirm everything with him while he searched in the system. That is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting how you treat your paying guests. If there is such a problem with people not being guests there and eating then you should provide wristbands to your guests like any other place instead of harassing people. After everything was said and done after 5 minutes or so he no longer wanted to even step foot back in there.

The property was clean, staff was friendly, nice amenities and close to what we wanted to do. Important for guests to know that it is right off of the interstate so traffic noise is an issue. We had to keep our fan running all night to drown out the noise. Definitely NOT a walkable area.

I was well satisfied with the staff. The location isn't all that great, but it was a very clean and well maintained facility and I didn't experience any noise or any problems with other guests. The staff for breakfast was wonderful. Everyone was nice and attentive, but not overly so. Thanks. I look forward to staying with you all in the future.

Upon my arrival was greeted by Anu. Very appreciative she upgraded me to a 1 bedroom. Morning breakfast was delicious and Angel and Claudia were very attentive as were the other employees each morning.Claudia even made a special trip to bring my husband tortillas.
