Ended up needing a last minute hotel after a flight cancellation. Staff at the hotel was extremely accommodating and so friendly. Provided an airport shuttle last minute also. Room was very nice and super clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was clean & they had a good amount of amenities / snacks downstairs.
The only complaint I had was there was a distinct smell in the bottom hallways & elevator. Everything else was tidy & it was quiet, but that’s the only complaint we had.

This hotel is ideal for a quick stay in Dallas near Love Field. It was a clean, spacious room with a kitchenette. The shuttle was an added benefit. Also it had a nice breakfast included.

Front desk very accommodating w/ my late check-out. Restaurant staff super friendly & helpful. Sweet waitress called patrons "my love" which felt uncomfortable from my east coast perspective.

Anu was outstanding - she went above and beyond! She was pleasant and very helpful . Thank you for making my stay very enjoyable.
Room outdated and breakfast was not worth what they were charging . Almost like a continental breakfast.
