Staybridge Suites Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

Appreciated the room and suite style floor plan. Breakfast was good, staff very attentive and accommodating.

Clean friendly staff

It's no frills, but it did the job I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very kind, especially the two girls in the restaurant/bar. A man came into my room, unannounced, while I was in the bathroom. That was weird. I'm not sure who he was or why he was there, but we startled each other. If he was maintenance, he definitely should have knocked and announced himself prior. The airport shuttle was a nice touch.

I used to be a top elite IHG traveler wit IHG, but am no longer and this was my first stay at one of their hotels in about 3 years. The property is relatively well kept, but my room had issues: unacceptable tub draining where it had 2 inches of water at the end of my shower, AC unit in my room draining on the carpet at a rate it flooded an area half the room. It told the front desk 6 hours into my stay. No effort to change me or put me in another room. There was another guest (I assume) smoking inside the hotel on the way to his room. I think that was a first for me ever in a hotel.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. When we called for help with the HDMI input on the TV, they said it wasn’t working. We were able to figure it out ourselves, so it obviously was working. The cooktop wasn’t working. They said they’d send someone up. When we called back about ten minutes later, they hung up. When we called back, they asked us to hold, then hung up. When we came down to ask for help, they admitted that everyone on the maintenance crew was gone for the day.

Great place to stay!

I like the fact that I was able to check-in and out on time. The rest of my stay was a laughing joke. The facility was in a decent location to Lovefield Airport. There isn't enough time in the rest of the year to explain so I will attempt to make it short. The fact that my room was not completely cleaned and there was biohazardous material left, to food items being stolen from me room, the elevators were working properly (and I was met with--I should have booked on the 1st floor) and lastly, I contacted the Corporate Office about these issues who assured me I would receive a call back and I have not heard from any one to date.
