Needed a quick overnight stay from a late night flight into DFW Love. Very surprised by the quality of the establishment given its location to the highway and older neighborhood. Even though we arrived super late and the deskclerk was dealing with several issues, we were checked in promptly and given all needed information. She alerted us to one of the elevators being out of service and that they were working diligently to get it fixed. This did not affect our stay but I appreciated the forethought to tell us. Our room was amazingly spacious and very up to date including a mini kitchen with 2 burner stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, and full size refrigerator with freezer. An amazingly full breakfast was provided the following morning with numerous options. The only "bad" thing I can say is that you can hear the highway traffic as it is located right next to it. Even still it was very easy to fall asleep. Came in late on a Saturday night and it definitely was not a "party hotel". Highly recommend.

Breakfast and maintenance man tried to help very nice guy and pool nice.
Trouble checking in, room smelt bad upon entering, tv would not stay hooked to wifi and kids could not hook game system up to wifi kept saying we werent registered to stay here. Charged 50 holding fee on booking.com then paid another 75$ upon arrival for holding fee and then when i woke up.the sunday morning atter room completely paid for and 125$ holding fee the hotel had the nerve to try to charge another 121$ for what? I am a ihg member and this was all ridiculous. It was a lot and unnecessary if i was going to payover $400 i will stay in a air bnb for weekend we are in town for football tournament and will be back but we will not stay again as this soured the taste for having to come here.
