Nice, clean, spacious room. All staff were welcoming and kind! Food wasn’t great in restaurant, but drinks were good and service was great.

So grateful for the shuttle to the airport!

It was great. Desiree as well as the other front desk attendants exemplified exceptional customer service!

Room was more than I expected. The airport shuttle wait was longer than desired had to call 4 times to reach someone. My room overlooked the pool but was noisy from the freeway.

Very clean and good property. The big issue is that breakfast was cold. some of the items like eggs should have had burners to keep the food warm. Most of the items were cold and gave the impression of left overs. But the property was clean, safe well organized and the staff were helpful

Area felt unsafe

We booked a room with a roll in shower after filtering the search options to only show hotels with roll in showers, and got a room with no roll in shower. There was no cold water in the bathroom. We could not connect to the WiFi or cast to the tv or plug anything into the hdmi port. The front desk told us they didn’t have any rooms with roll in showers on the property. My husband spoke with the manager after the first night and when our kids almost got burned in the shower with how hot the water was, and she was able to find a room with a roll in shower and had non scalding hot water. However, half the outlets didn’t work in the room. The beds were like rocks. The “full service” restaurant only serves 2-3 items for 3 hours at dinner and is open for 3 hours at breakfast. The towels were hard and crusty The floor around the toilet was stained like no one had cleaned the dribbled pee off the toilet in months.

Breakfast was excellent. Ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the selection was limited, but the food was very good. Beds were comfortable in the room was clean. Some road noise, but was not unbearable.
