Peeling wall paper and dirty elevator with no ac

Everything went well at this location. We stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown Dallas and to the highways. The kitchen set up was a plus. If I ever visit Dallas again, I will stay here.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff who were available were attentive and friendly, especially Anu at the front desk and Leah in the restaurant. However, the “free airport shuttle” is only available for Love Field, not DFW so false advertising on their website as well as Expedia. And, no porters to assist with luggage so I had to figure out how to move all my bags from my international flight in and out of the hotel.

The Environmental Staff was very attentive and seemed to be diligent in ensuring the cleanliness of the hotel was suitable for the guest throughout the hotel. Upon my departure, the Guest Relations Assistant was truly pleasant and available to ensure that I was assisted..

The location of the hotel was in an industrial place and was too close to the Highway.. However the accesible convenience is possibly appreciated considering traveler's choice of preference.

The property itself is wonderful; however, the area around the property is less than stellar. Car break-ins are frequent due to the area around the property.

This property was a gem in regard to the room quality and bedding. Most comfy hotel beds we've slept upon in ages. Highly recommended for coming in clutch for us. However, don't expect much in service with dining. Long wait time. The one gentleman running the place was doing everything (it seemed); i.e., server, bartender, and chef!

Good clean and safe. Helpful staff.

Elevators don’t work

I stay there almost every other weekend the past couple times had an storm and wake us up in the middle of the night this past day there was red stains on the counter, dirty diapers in the trashcan, hand towel, and wash rags have been used by somebody and left on the counter And food was left in the refrigerator. I let Brandon know at the front desk on checkout day and he didn’t know what to say except for the sounds very unusual. I called down to the lady that checked me in Gracie I think told her about it and also called when I found out there was food and such and diapers Have been used and left in the room and is all I was told by a gentleman with an accent was OK I’ll send somebody up there and we first arrived. The AC in the bedroom didn’t work, but they came promptly and fix that and then all these other things happens and we noticed throughout the evening when we left and came back.
