Overall a pretty good property. The front desk though was closed every time I went to ask for something.
USShower flooded on first night and couldn't shower after being at the beach. Worst customer service. Spent 3 hours on phone trying to switch rooms. Wouldn't stay here again

We stayed in the king + bunkbed room with our kids. The room and grounds were very clean and the room was spacious. No microwave, which we didn't realize when we booked, but overall still a great place to stay just across the street from the ocean!

Location was great. Upon arrival the room was ready and very clean. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge convenience. Parking on site was great as Laguna is very difficult to park. It's a close walkable distance to restaurants and beach. Would go back next time I am in Laguna area
USI loved my stay here! Perfect location, easy to check-in, and the room was very cute. I also loved the amenities and community items in the lobby, it was a nice touch.
The one issue I had was the accessibility in the bathroom. Because the seat is nailed into the floor, it was really difficult to use the sink / counter area.
