Access to the beach!! The water at the pool good temperature!!

When we checked in the lady was i guess in a bad mood, kind of rude !! After we came back from the pool noticed we didn't had any big towels , went to the front desk told me they will take them , I had to call to ask again for them when we were about to shower there was no shampoo or conditioner !! We stayed last year it was a really good experience that's why we decided to come back!! But this time it was not what we expected really disappointed!!

el aceeso a playa, el ambiente y sobre todo la amabilidad de las camareras

al llegar me dijeron que estaria en el piso 3 y me movieron al piso 2, las tarjetas de acceso al cuarto dañadas tuve que bajar 3 veces a cambiarlas y me atendieron de mala gana muy tardado todo.
