"What a hassle"

Location

I made the reservation on my credit card. I was never informed by the hotel or booking.com that I needed to come to the hotel and show my id and the card used to make the reservation prior to the hotel checking in the guest. I had contacted the hotel numerous times prior to the date of the reservation. Not once was I told I needed to come and show the cc used for the reservation. It is also not mentioned on booking.com We had to deal with an unprofessional supervisor upon arrival. Her name was Ty. She was insincere and unapologetic to how she dealt with my family about the problem with me having to come to the hotel to show the credit card I used to make the reservation prior to their arrival. Left two voicemails and sent a email to the hotel manager. He never responded. Very disappointing

"Very Good"

Did not like that you had to request for free water for your room. It would have been nice to be able to make coffee whenever you like. For the price of the room, this was a let down.

The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff

Extreme smoke in the casino. Tried gambling in the non-smoking casino but the variety of slot machines weren’t even close to the smoking casino.
