The hotel was very clean. employees were not friendly at all. No one smiles there. They follow you around like their security. Apex didn’t know what they were doing. They said on Tuesday before 6 o’clock. They had Bogo for arcade and Bogo before six for the race cars for the month of October I believe the manager‘s name was Abby. No one really knew what they were doing the casino the hotel and the pool were very clean. We would not stay there only for the discomfort of the workers.
USThe resort was very nice. It was super clean. Food was mediocre. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had gotten 2 rooms and greatful they were connecting.
The cost of the rooms were more than what originally paid for. Food wasnt that great and cost a decent amount. Over all it was a great experience
USI have never received worse customer service. Front desk person was beyond unkind. She literally made me cry.
