No microwave in room. We did not have any help with our luggage when we checked out. They were understaffed and did not have any one on duty yet.
Rooms are nice, smells good and clean.
The room was very modern and clean. The staff went out of their way to meet all of our needs. large RV parking area is a big plus when towing a trailer.

The pool area is unique and fun with a large Baja ledge and permanent sun loungers in the water. It is clean and inviting. Staff are extremely accommodating, anticipating your needs and helping whenever the can. The Apex is fun with unusual games for adults and kids and the 3 level go cart ride is wonderful! There is even a level of nonsmoking casino. The restaurants offer a nice range of choices at reasonable prices. Can’t wait to return.
USquick and easy check in, casino wasn't too noisy/smoky, verona cafe hot food items were surprisingly tasty!
