HiWay Inn Express

The overall Inn was in need of deep cleaning. The carpet was not fresh. Our room had to be changed because TV not working. Roku is not really the way to go for seniors. We have stayed here several times in the past but this time made decision we probably will not come back.

It's an older property. Limited TV. Very quiet. Decent at best. Kind of the only game in town.

Close to walmart & fast food

This s#i show of a property was listed as "3 Stars", but really is not even a "1 Star." Cabinet drawers that won't stay closed are a definite trip hazard. No instructions for how to use the byzantinely-complex TV system. Tried to call front desk for instructions, but the phone didn't work. After eventually getting a working phone, now, no internet. Three different networks in the property, but only one works. And only in the vicinity of the front desk. The nice lady on the front desk tried very diligently to be helpful, but the mess is more than she knows how to deal with. Property owners/managers need some kind of swift kick in the arse to get on the ball, instead of misrepresenting a property that is NOT ready for business.

Very nice staff. They changed our room to accommodate us.

I will say that I booked here bc it says online that they have continental breakfast and they aren’t offering breakfast. I would have booked elsewhere. Take it off your site if they aren’t offering it anymore.

It's an older hotel but was clean. The carpet had a worn space and stains on the bench. The rest of the room and facilities was clean and bed was soft enough. I'd stay again if had to be in area again, the rates of the overnight stay was a good price.
