The manager was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. He made my mother so upset that she was crying. We were there for a funeral and he accused them of a room mix up and was yelling at them at 9 pm! We will never ever stay here again. I am still in shock at how he talked to my family, expecially on a day that was already tough for everyone.

Mold in room, crack in swimming pool, (No Swimming). Cable was down, called to report... no one ever came! Wifi was not working. Asked for refund, refund was given to wrong couple. Melissa knows this and hung up in my face! Stay in a hotel in Paris, TX. Only 20min away, but NICE!!!

I have stayed in this motel numerous times. The last stay I had there will be my last! There are multiple small things that helped make my mind up. First, I asked to have the running toilet fixed. It wasn't even looked at during my multi day stay. Second, As I was standing at the front desk for check in, I overheard conversations about prices of rooms and quickly realized that the room price seemed arbitrary and established by who was manning the desk at the time. Third, Breakfast is lacking some nicities. There is no water or water fountain, no peanut butter and the waffle maker doesn't cook all the way through in the alloted time. Stunningly, management knew it didn't cook all the way through, but encouraged taking the waffle out anyway to stop the machine from beeping. I have now elected to drive a little further and get a room in Paris, Texas instead of stay here again.

Hotel was very clean front desk was very nice and Neil the owner is very humorous and made you feel at home. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I love it. I would definitely stay recommended this hotel.

Limited Choices In Hugo, Oklahoma I normally do not stay at hotels outside of my hotel memberships but I found this hotel clean and accomodating. - Fast and Accurate Check-In - Room was clean and maintained - Comfortable Bedding - Low noise levels - Decent free internet - Hotel was relatively new so it hasn't had time to show wear and tear Safe Travels!

Service and hospitality are lacking here. We were forced into a so called "suite" as no other first floor rooms were available (questionable at best as the parking lot had less than 25 cars the next morning); discovered that two obvious maintenance in the "suite" had not been attended to; found three appliances unplugged; had a refrigerator/freezer that didn't freeze; and found the advertised free hot breakfast consisted of a hot waffle. The sausage and eggs were not there - not even hard boiled eggs. It was the poorest continental breakfast I have seen in years. Not a good place to stay for the money.

Had made plans to stay at another hotel but when we seen that they had not taken care of it in the last 2 years we deceided to stay elsewhere. We went to the Best Western as had stayed there when they first opened. Glad we picked it again. The rooms were excellant. The breakfast was good. Neil the General Manager was excellant and very friendly. He always greated you with a smile and hello. You could not have ask for a better Manager. We will stay again on our next visit. Very, Very Clean. Was very quiet also. Everyone there was great!

I have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime but my experience with this one is by far the very best. We stayed 2 nights and used their conference room as well. Everyone was so attentive to our needs from the front desk to the housekeeper. They went over and above to make sure that our needs were met. The hotel is new about 6-8 months old and it still looks new. We stayed here because of a funeral and there were 7 rooms reserved and I visited family in everyone of them and they were all very nice and very spaciouscame away with the same feelings about this group of people as I did. Thank you Best Western Hotel you are the best!!
