No gym, no hot breakfast, no office to do work in. There are bags and bags of stinking trash everywhere. The TV is 32 inches lol. 80 dollars for what, oh we got a senior discount. I sprayed some deodorizer in front of the door of the room and the manager called herself checking me like I was a kid, I don't know who she thought she was talking too, she got an earful and then she said I can put you out lol 😆 I guess I was supposed to be scared 😲. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF THE WAY THIS PLACE LOOKS AND SMELLS. I will give y'all a discount on my deodorizer service.

Make the drive somewhere else.Unless you like staying in filth. The walls have mold ,the halls smell like sewer. The toilet had piss all on the lid when I raised it . They don’t bring fresh towels or take out the trash. I guess due to COVID they don’t clean before or after people stay.They sure don’t wear mask or try to prevent it.The manager that was suppose to be the manager was a liar.The staff had modelo and donuts late at night at the front desk. I would have been better off staying in my car. Just stay elsewhere. It’s not worth your health being compromised.

Black mold in multiple rooms, bed bugs in numerous rooms on first floor, walls and tables in room had stuff all over them. Room and guest laundry/vending had cockroaches. Tv didn't work, service was rude and unaccommodating. Do not recommend

This hotel was absolutely terrible! If you can spare the drive, I would drive the extra 15-20 minutes to the casino, and spend the little bit of extra cash. Lesson learned. I had my family reunion near the hotel so it seemed convenient next to a few fast food places, and Walmart.However I was mistaken. It smelled awful, attempted to walk around the room without socks and my feet were sticking to the floor, as if something had been spilled and never cleaned up. There were bugs in the light fixtures, burns in the blankets, we attempted to take a shower and realized there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Keep in mind it was my husband and I and our 2 kids. I attempted to call downstairs and realized there was a phone in my room but no cord to call down. Walked down stairs to see if I could get more towels and they said they would try but it was only her most the day and the person who takes care of those kinds of things was gone for the day. They had switched the laundry over but she wasn’t sure if the towels were done. There was a chair in the corner of the room that was stained so badly I couldn’t tell what the original color or the chair was. There was piss on the toilet. On and around it. There were articles of clothing And trash underneath the sink in the bathroom from previous occupants. The hair dryer vent was so nasty and dirty it wouldn’t even work properly. We will never be staying in this hotel ever again.

Watch out! The bed bugs are over-running this business. They flip mattresses over and spray them before someone stays so that it doesnt seem like theyre there. But, check the crevices and you'll see. Just keep driving. You can get a much better place in Paris. Its worth the 25 mile drive.

No remote, phone didn't work. Put me in a smoking room without asking. The mini fridge kept waking me up it was so loud. They didn't offer me any discount or to move rooms when I complained. I wouldn't recommend it unless you were desperate. The pool was out of order and the hall floors were dirty.

Passing through Hugo and stayed at this hotel. It was average for a cheaper hotel. The rooms were clean but kind of smelled of smoke. Bed was comfortable. Only problem we had was when we came back from dinner, there were four people on either side of the front door sitting in chairs and smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to our room. And I believe one of them was the on duty front desk person. Also, an employee's vehicle was parked in the covered drive through the whole time we were there. Overall, okay for a one night stay but not the best.

They take dogs, thank goodness! We stayed on the 1st floor, just off the lobby...I think that's the dog room. The room was extremely clean, the beds were extremely comfortable. The front desk ladies were awesome. They helped me with google maps directions to our final destination in TX. Didn't charge for the copies, which shocked me! Upon leaving, the front desk person told me to call her if we had trouble with the directions and she'd help us out! Very pleased with this hotel. Free breakfast included. Ordered take out from the local pizza place.....get the large salad, really great but way too big! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone traveling this way.

This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Big plus it is next to Walmart and has a refrigerator and microwave. This makes it is great for getting travel needs plus snacks.

This place would be somewhat descent if they changed their employees!!! The manager appearance is very inappropriate. The house keepers have no uniforms. The noise complaints are not from the other guest it is from the employees. I have my do not disturb sign on my door and I have it locked. I get this bagging knock on my door followed by the door opening and closing back and forth against the upper lock on the door having the house keeper and the inappropriate manager yelling open this door right now!!!!! while I am on a business call!! After dealing with them they do not apologize for their inappropriateness, 4 minutes later I have another house keeper try to service my door WHILE THEIR IS THE DO NOT DISTURB ON MY DOOR. The swimming pool has been unusable for a year now and don't plan on it being available anytime soon. Save your money and your PRIVACY !!!!! And stay in Paris!
