The location was close to subway access and nightlife.

It was noisy because of the of the surrounding area.

The hotel is okay. My room didn’t have a closet to hang my clothes and neither had a iron. No amenities (good thing I carried my own)

Great neighbourhood. Room was compact, but very clean and well kept. Great price! Really enjoyed my stay.

이태원역에서 5분도 안걸려요. 숙소는 특별할건 없고 작지만 침대랑 배게가 편해요. 이태원에서 밤새 놀거라면 딱이예요 체크아웃 시간도 12시라 늦잠 잘 수 있어요. 원하면 레이트 체크아웃도 되는거같아요

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience at this hotel. We initially booked a 3 night stay, but had to check out early because we didn’t feel comfortable. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a female staff who looked like she didn’t want to be working there. She didn’t seem enthusiastic enough to greet guests and was talking on the phone for a while, and when she saw us come in to the front desk, she didn’t even look at us but signalled with her hand to say “wait” all the while looking like she hated her job. That already set the tone for what was yet to come. Upon entering the room you instantly smell the reek of sewer water smell coming from the bathroom. There was mold on the tile grout and the taps looked unsanitary. The bed sheets had stains on them even though it was nicely folded. The bath towels aren’t even proper towels but rather Hand towel sizes and they were also stained! The outlet located under the bed side table was barely attached to the wall and was not working. It was literally hanging off the wall and looked like something else was stuffed inside it. To make it worse, cockroaches were coming in and out of that outlet!! COCKROACHES 😭 never have I ever stayed in a hotel with cockroaches. And they claim to be a “4 star hotel”. The location itself was also putrid, you can smell sewer water everywhere. The building next door had construction going on and it was very loud. It sounded like they were dropping a bunch of metal pipes from the second floor all the way down to the bottom of the stairs. You would need earplugs or noise cancelling headphones lol. We had told the male staff the very next day all of our concerns and horrible experiences, and although they were kind enough to rectify the issue by offering a room upgrade, we could not stand staying longer in this hotel. He truly seemed apologetic and it is not his fault. This hotel still has a long way to go if it really want to live up to it’s 4 star hotel claim
