The location is good in terms of proximity to nightlife and restaurants in Itaewon, with great coffee shop across the road. The general decor of the hotel is nice.

The customer service right from check in seemed 'off', not friendly but not rude either. The hotel is not clean, there are marks and scuff everywhere and despite a seemingly recent refurbishment it doesn't appear to be maintained very well. Sound proofing is awful so bring earplugs if you want a good nights sleep.

The hotel is pretty close to the subway station, there are also so many food places and stores around the area and very close to the nightlife. My main complain is that it was noisy. I can hear people talking outside even when I close my windows. There’s also some construction noise that I hear. Other than that, it was a good stay and very convenient.
