ホテル自体は駅からも近くてとても快適でした！フロントの方もとても親切でした！ ただ梨泰院という立地上夜女性が一人で出歩くには怖かったです。あとホテルの場所がすごく急な坂の上にあるのでヒールで歩く時やキャリーで下る時は気をつけた方が良さそうです。

Good location, close to a lot of things and very easy to find. The room had everything I needed, and there were a few little details that were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was a fair size.

The walls were a little thin - I heard my room neighbours talking a lot.

I would definitely stay here again great location

Very close to hongdae, staff was nice, room was a bit cramped for 2 people. Noisy during the evening due to clubs being open around the property

We were very pleased with our stay. For the price, location, and cleanliness, we were extremely happy with our choice to stay here, and would do so again. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

Good location near lots of bars and restaurants in Itaewon. Easy walk to the metro. Provided nice Korean face masks and daily water.

Difficult to control floor heating and air conditioning. Floor heating on full blast on the 5th floor in early April when it really wasn’t needed. Staff was helpful with turning it off. Suite did not have much space for 4 people, especially no space to lay out luggage or to store items. “Party area” not really usable due to this.

the location is good

i didn’t like the cleanliness of the apartment, i told the guy (non krean) on the reception about a bad smell and he just told me okay, without any feedback, i didn’t like this.

The walls between the rooms are so thin, you can even hear people's voice on the phone talking to my neighbor.

Great location in Itaewon, very easy to get anywhere in the city via metro or bus and walkable to many places too. Nicely decorated. Lively neighbourhood, lots of places to eat and drink and party nearby. Clean facilities, they provide robes and sandals for the room. Staff were very accommodating when I asked to extend my stay an extra night and were able to keep me in the same room. Good value for money for the location.

May be too noisy of an area for some, but this didn't bother me at all. Unfortunately my room's window faced directly onto the wall of another building so it was very dark inside. The room also had no wardrobe and most storage is occupied already with amenities provided in the room. I was only staying a few nights but still not the most ideal. Rooftop "terrace" is just a bistro table outside on the roof.
