We are still struggling to get our refund for the short time we spent at the apartment we booked. It ended up being filthy, towels smelled like wet dog/musty, balls were all marked up, stains on the couch, tv didn’t work, old food in the refrigerator, and moldy avocados in the cabinets. There was also cockroaches in the pool. It was a disgusting experience that almost left us stranded in an unfamiliar city trying to figure out a solution last minute for different places to stay. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to temporarily increase my credit limit to allow us to book a different place to stay. Booking customer service wasn’t able to help us after calling which was unfortunate, and we are now waiting to dispute the claim on my credit card. 0/10 recommend this experience when traveling out of state with your family.

Property in excellent situation, everything was within easy walking distance

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property

The building was new and modern

It looks like someone moved out in a hurry. Just random items left behind. No kitchen towels, no nightstands in the bedroom. One small sofa for sitting. Towels in the bathroom were randomly placed. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There is a strange window that leads from the bedroom to the kitchen. If someone is in the kitchen or living room, it lights up the bedroom, even with the blinds closed. It was raining and the ceiling leaked from the a/c vent. There was only enough hot water for one person to take a shower. Apparently it is a new community that was once dilapidated. Numerous homeless and graffiti. The shower curtain liners were dirty, the refrigerator was dirty and there were crumbs on the kitchen floor. When arriving, the parking situation is very confusing.

Didn’t look anything like the pictures you have listed. Living room rug is so dirty. We never had one human physical interaction with anyone the entire weekend. We had one roll of toilet paper per restroom for 6 girls. We ran out and had to use the one roll of paper towels.

Looked so old and run down. We tried to knock on the front lobby entrance bc a guy was sitting at the desk on his computer and we knocked and knocked and he never turned his head to even acknowledge us. We just wanted toilet paper

The host was very kind and helpful. The place was nice and comfortable.

Great location and the host communicated well.

The property could be a little more clean, (i.e. shower curtains, refrigerator, comforter). Also, we didn’t know about the $30 parking per day until after we booked.
