Ala Moana Condo by Zelloo

We travel inter Island several times a year and enjoy not only the accommodations but the access to Ala Moana shopping center as well. Makes our regular medical trips so much more enjoyable.

Clean place. Roomy.

Nice room and location

1901 is near the elevators, but the convenience of the short distance and some of the fastest elevators in existence outweigh the distraction of the elevator noise. This is our third time on the property, and we enjoy the convenience of the location to the center and nearby restaurants.

Awesome stay here for our team, right by ala moana where we can get everything done. Room was very comfortable

*Easy check in *Paid extra fees at check in (which was due to booking through outside party - and privately owned room) - fees were outlined at booking - multiple reminders sent through email leading up to check in. Make sure to read the fine print or else you’ll be surprised at check in with the extra charges. *no hairdryer in room. Iron, refrigerator, and microwave available in room. *property is next to Ala Moana Shopping Center and a 5 min walk to the Honolulu Convention Center.

This hotel is lovely and the room is perfect! Great size with all the things you could need. Our only issue was the neighbouring room doors were quiet loud and woke us up a few times in the night but overall a great place for the price.

Paid for reservation on hotels.com which included a "Property fee" but when you get there there are several other fees. I couldn't cancel because these fees were completely unexpected. You then do not get any sort of hotel service yet you see all the other rooms around you get service. Any service needed, you have to request from the owner. Shower head was full of calcium. Drains were clogged, both sink and bathtub so water took forever to drain. The batteries in the remote were bad so changing channel, volume, turning off wasn't convenient when I would get a phone call and needed to mute right away. I only had one roll of toilet paper, after a week stay, I was out by day 5, especially because it was one ply cheap horrible paper. Laundry facility was 2 washers and 2 dryers for a hotel of hundreds of rooms. Good luck getting one. No quarter machine either so I had to find laundry facility elsewhere. I really would appreciate fresh towels and fresh bedsheets at least once during a week stay. All these I was told to request from owner to ask. I tried through Hotels.com and got no answer on day one, so I didn't try again. I used plunger to deal with slow drains and it helped a little. Seems previous visitors wash their beach items so it was a bunch of sand, but built over time. I bought my own toilet paper. Very disappointed and feel I got scammed with those fees. Never coming back.

I liked the area. I wish there was an electronic kettle. The shampoo and conditioner were all in one bottle.
