アクセスも良く部屋も綺麗でした ジムもつかえて、プールもあるし 景色もよく快適でした。 ヘアドライヤーはなく 問い合わせにも応じてもらえずでした。 言わなければハウスキーパーも入らないですが 日数分のタオルの用意もあって よかったです。 1人滞在だったので複数の場合はどうなるか なんとも言えません。 シャワーの水圧は やっぱり残念です。

部屋は過ごしやすく居心地が良かった。 上の階から水漏れがあったのには驚いた。 シャワーが横から水がでて水圧弱くなっていた。

Pros -lobby, pool, weight room -Starbucks on site -close to shopping & conference centre -staff were friendly Cons -noisy - room was behind elevators, up to 50dB all night long from elevators moving up and down. Complained about it but they couldn’t move us. Stay away from any room ending in ‘01’ regardless of floor. -communication - everything was through email, they were relatively quick to respond unless it was something they couldn’t solve like moving us to a different room because of the noise, in that case they didn’t respond until the next day -no hot tub

There were visible roaches in the drawers and crawled in my luggage. Could not kill it. Dead roaches in the room.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, Expedia and Zello. Terrible. A lot of hidden fees. No toilet paper. You pay for extra towel and parking lot and resort fee. Definitely not coming back here.

Great location, the room was clean and we had great time

Once you book your reservation, you think you’ve paid everything but nope. Day before check in, email is sent about hotel fees. Hotel fees include a daily charge for “hotel service fee” but when I call hotel for trash service or any maintenance, they said people who rent from Zello do not get access to hotel services. When I inquired about what I am paying a service fee for if not service, front desk said “for check in and check out”. That is something they help with once each yet I am required to pay a service fee for every day I stay at the hotel (6 days total). Ridiculous pricing and lack of communication.

全般的に古いので、清潔ですが、なんとなくさびれた感がありました。

the hotel is nice. What they called condo was just a small hotel room nothing more. it was clean and comfortable. the view was nice. The location was good. Close to everything Waikiki. Some concerns. The TV remote didn’t work. reported but never got anyone to address issue. 2 rolls of TP for the week and 3 towels each. We had to buy TP. Paid for late check out but got locked out anyway. my contact was responsive to most issues . despite the issues I would stay here again.

We went to check in a little early & was told that this was a privately owned room. We were not allowed to check in till 3 pm. We waited. Then while checking in, we were told of ALL these added fees that were being applied. What a disappointment and very frustrating way to start our vacation. We couldn’t cxl the reservations because of more added another fees. Finally get our keys. Go to the bathroom, there is a big hair ball by the shower, the towel had moldly yellow brown & black stains on them. I tried to message & call the contact info numerous times. The number didn’t work & chat/msg told me someone will contact me with a few days. No one contacted us. Never got any new towels or any service. We left early and no response still. Very disappointed and appalled. Ala Moana Hotel couldn’t do anything about it because it was privately own. The staff has encountered too many complaints time & time again & would not like to endure that experience for the guests but there’s nothing they can do. Having privately owned rooms in a Hotel such as Ala Moana doesn’t make any scene.
