The room is right next to the elevator shaft, so if you’re a light sleeper this will keep you up all night. The room has no extra toiletries and because it’s a privately owned condo inside of the main hotel the hotel housekeeping will not service the room in anyway, which also means there is no daily cleaning. The property manager messaged frequently enough but never communicated that there wayany additional resort costs. The booking says that resort costs are not included but at no point were any specifics communicated to me. The benefits to it being privately owned are that they provided nicer glasses and utensils.

This 3rd party company used by Hotels.com is not responding to my communications regarding being overcharged. I need to get money back from them for being overcharged. The hotel itself was decent but there was no shampoo and the front desk would not give me any because it was "managed by another company". Thank you, Kevin Stokes (808) 594-3670

Had a good stay, but I have to say, needs a little bit of an update. Room felt clean but lamps by the beds were almost falling out of the wall. We love staying here though for a quick staycation! Bonus that Starbucks is literally downstairs in the lobby.

Nothing stand out special about the place. It is a convenient location. I was not aware there would be no room service for a week when I booked the room.

The Orgoto company made my dream vacation miserable. I was promised bedding for 4ppl and was only offered a king bed and pull-out chair. I received 1 roll of toilet paper for a 6-day stay and a family of 4. Ala Moana hotel is fine for a couple and maybe 1 kid but do not book with Orgoto unless you want to feel homeless. I had to buy a blanket, pay double parking fee$50 per night and my own toilet paper. Please do not make the same mistake we did. Do not let this cheap, unprofessional company ruin your Hawaiin vaction. Shame on them!

We arrived in the unit, the bathroom lock is broken and the bathtub light was falling which i felt uncomfortable about my safety , called the receptionist to report but they were not able to help us because it was rental and privately own, we called the rental customer service and told us they will come check it but they never. on the other hand, we requested extra pillow and blanket through customer service, they told us that they have limited supplies and they will see if they could provide us and told me they will call me back, but haven’t heard anything from them. if i were you, just pay it through their site versus hotels.com some hidden charges at the check in - would not recommend and will never booked again.

I would give the hotel a solid three stars. As for Orgoto, don’t expect to get a response from them if you need anything. I would recommend booking the hotel directly. You will have housekeeping as well as help from the front desk.

Upon booking you are charged a resort fee. Upon checking in you are also charged a resort fee and a Check in/out fee. The fee was not disclosed until a day before checking in and not upon booking. I assumed I paid for that fee when I booked as it clearly stated it. The blankets were very thin. You are unable to ask for additional items while there. There is a fee of $25 if you request an additional towel. The towel was not an issue. The blanket was the issue for our stay. I left a voicemail requesting a blanket, but they did not respond.
