Ala Moana Condo by Zelloo

I booked thru third party from Hotel.com. which have different set of rules and policy . Hotel.com policy do not apply here. Ala Moana Hotel carry no control of Condo booking policy. Sample : 10am checkout, no daily room cleaning service.no inroom safe, toilet paper and towels are liimited. More hidden fee like checkin fee. If you are okay with my problem , go ahead and book it. Be careful.

Loved the communication by host. Property was perfect. Everything was great, the floor was wet when we arrived.

I had a good experience, comfortable bed and nice view from my balcony. Only needed more toilet paper😝

We rented through Expedia as a package deal. Upon checkin we were told by staff that this was third party and as such there would be no housekeeping, additional towels or any services provided to us. The facility is old and run down. There are 2 floors with laundry services but the laundry on floor 3 had broken down washers for the entire week stay. There is a large homeless population surrounding the facility and they just set up tents and pee all over the sidewalks. Oh and dont even think about using their phones- papers in the rooms say even local calls are charged at $0.75 each. Get real. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

Air conditioning wasn’t working for first two days, room was moldy, hit and miss communication

The hotel is good but the room we get has to many problems on the bathroom, The shower is very small and with very little water pressure it is very difficult to take showers, the sink was plugged and they took more the two days to fix it. we found out have cockroaches. The fridge was not working good. They don’t have service of recollection of garbage so we have to take care of it

When I arrived, they told me that my booking was reserved by Expedia for 4 May and not the third. Then the front desk advised that this was a privately owned condo and not part of the Alamoana hotel subsequently we would not have access to towels and bedding changes And other necessities like toilet paper. This had not been understood by me and do not recall anything about this being not part of the hotel when I rented the third through 5 May for a holiday for my wife and myself. The receptionist was very good and so was the staff at the hotel, but both my wife and I felt it very strange that the accommodation was not part of Ala Moana hotel.
