Roami at Canal Quarters

Located in a great spot right on canal couple min walk to the French quarter. Super clean and pretty quiet parking is kinda pricey since you have to pay for a garage somewhere but would definitely book again

My stay was OK, a bit noisy but that was expected. Our room was nice and clean. My main issue was the A/C was not working and we could not adjust the temp. We were restricted, and when I reached out to the office they couldn't send anyone right away. The maintenance crew never came to check on the A/C. The temp outside was 48-50 degrees and 66-68 inside my room for a 3 nights.

Great area and the festivities were nice, only issue was there were ants and spiders all in the beds.

heating not working and obviously it was freezing outside ... nobody showed up to fix in 2 days .. night time was a mess with kids knocking on doors, loud cars, sirens ...never been in an actual warzone but thats how i imagine it could be

Hard to initially find (the sign is small and not facing the street) however, location and room were excellent! Would stay again!

The property was nice clean and comfortable I just really didn’t care for the terms and conditions that came with the room.

The room wasn’t what was pictured. The balcony wasn’t the same. The room wasn’t the same. Bed and furniture is kind of old. Would not stay here again.

Only stayed 1 night but could see it being an incredibly useful place to stay for much longer. The balcony was beautiful and a great touch to have a bit of outside space. Highly recommend.

The main reason we chose this place is to avoid French Quarters noise at night. We wanted a peaceful sleep. Someone next door played loud music, which thumped throughput the apartment all day all night. One night, it sounded like a trombone was playing right in our room. Not sure how that the noise can infiltrate into the room like that. We had to wear ear plugs and take a sleeping pill. I called customer service to complain but nothing was done. They could had offered a different room. The best thing about this room was checking out of it! Never again will we stay at a Roami Hotel. Clean room. Nice kitchen. Comfy bed. High ceilings. Nice shower. Felt like a prison cell since the window looked into a enclosed concrete atrium with other rooms windows. Also, the faux brick wall need to be dusted. Needs a 2nd luggage table. There is always a homeless sitting next to the entrance.
