Roami at Canal Quarters

The room was spacious and modern. Bed very comfortable. Did not like lack of natural light. Next time , I’ll order room with balcony and a view. Not in great surroundings but close to everything and reasonable price. Communications was great. Would come again if on a budget .

Had an amazing time! Very clean and looks like the picture very comfortable and cozy. Everything was in walking distance. I would recommend it to friends. I will definitely stay there again!!!

Good location for younger adults who may not care about the noise coming from cars or party buses at all hours of the night. Need to improve the lighting near the entrance to the property.

We loved our balcony view over Canal St. We had two towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper which we adequately to our 2 day stay! The room was very nice and loved that there was a kitchen. We will definitely be staying here again.

The overall look of the hotel was very nice and unique.

No contact with human beings, everything is automated. I loved the experience. Besides, everything was clean and everything worked perfectly.

Room was lovely, clean and just what I needed. Check-in codes were not correct (especially for property front door) which was stressful. Bathroom door had no doorknob, could have been locked in.

First of all, no one lives on the property there’s only texting and a phone call. They can get you someone and they just tell you we give a 24 to 48 hour window to get the towels to you and other people have said it’s just one toilet paper roll and a bear second And one roll of toilet paper and don’t expect them to come into your room and don’t expect them to ever show up to give you any of these things that you need

Actually not a bad property but for the refrigerator that mystically did not work even AFTER they replaced our fridge with another non working fridge. Great balcony though and the people were very responsive and tried to do us well in the end.

The hotel is in a great location, but there were some major things that would have made our stay better. We arrived on Friday and got a room with a balcony, except there were no handles on the doors so we were never able to use the balcony. We contacted the company and they said someone would come fix it and they never did. The door in the shower looked like it was about to fall off the track which was not great since it was an all glass door. Also, the TV needed to be changed to HDMI4 and there were no instructions and the remote wasn't working. I was able to contact the company and they responded that night, but there should be instructions for the TV since every time it gets turned on it needs to be changed. Trying to find parking was a pain. We have an oversized vehicle and we ended up spending almost $150 for the weekend to park.
