The Hotel Was Great But I Only Got The Room So I Could Smoke Without Homeless People Asking Me For A Cigarette.. But Once I Paid For The Room It Pulled Up Smoking Wasn’t Allowed On The Balcony.. I Just Wish That Was In The Description Before Paying The Extra Money For Nothing && Just Opted For A Regular Room On Canal Because I Still Had To Leave My Room To Smoke..

I thought I had booked a king with balcony on canal but I was put at the back with a parking lot balcony view. I should have been more specific even though I requested best view and have highest floor available. The bed was too low and small but other then these issues I would stay here again but I would confirm the room I would get.

It was definitely a beautiful place and I enjoyed my stay only thing it wasn’t a 2bedroom apartment within one unit but two separate 1 bedroom apartments next door to each but still I will definitely stay again

We loved it! Our room was clean, we had plenty of supplies as well. There is a cart on the first floor with extra towels, toilet paper etc and it’s stocked daily. The street is very loud and rowdy for sure. So bring a fan..maybe two. The room was a good size for two people. The balcony is small, but had a great city view. It’s only about a block from bourbon street. We walked everywhere and didn’t take the car out until check out. We walked to Jackson square park, approx a 16 minutes walk. It’s very close to a lot of things. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We loved it and would stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay.

The location of this place was our absolute favorite because it was just barely outside of all the fun. The place itself was picked up and tidy but not so much clean. I found an eyelash in the bed, there was hair in the walls of the shower, and the shower gel pump was broken. Over all we really liked the safety features the building had to offer and it was aesthetically pleasing.

There was mold growing on the ceiling and baseboards as you walk in. Our studio had traces of long hair everywhere in the shower when we arrived. The surrounding area is not the cleanest. Convenient location, only about 2 blocks from Bourbon St.

Kitchenette chair had bad leg that wasn’t discovered until used. Almost was injured but was able to catch self before falling to floor. Fortunately no injury. The service number responded within a reasonable time frame and communication was effective.

We had the worst experience ever with this property location. We booked a family suite that clearly was listed as a family suite with two bedrooms with a balcony on the listing page, receipt everything. After driving 7 hours we get to the location to discover we have two rooms (not connected but they were side by side) the balcony was more like a prison with 10 foot concrete walls on all side and you could only look at the sky. (Balconies were not connected either, which I would have probably been ok with). The people I spoke to said they don’t have any suites only single rooms at this location. I was furious. I was told to send an email and they would get back with me ASAP. Luckily, I booked through Expedia and they tried their best to beget us a refund but this location downright refused. The few agents I spoke to and finally a manager with Expedia worked with me and got us a room very similar to what we booked on them. That was very much appreciated but it took around 5 hours of me on the phone before everything was worked out. Don’t trust this lying, cheating, stealing location.
