"Our stay was amazing!"

The front desk attendant was amazing! Even helped with the tv and brought us ice. Very polite and welcoming. The location was amazing!

There was something in the toilet. It looked like it wasn’t clean. The shower was a poor design because it constantly flooded out on the floor.

"3/10 is the best way to summarise it"

The hotel was located in a great place with nice coffee shops. On the plus side swimming pool is great

Unfortunately all but one staff member were useless. They had put us in room that had mould painted over (12th floor please avoid) refused to put us in another room even when I said I’m happy for a downgrade. The next day I told them to check me out early and the one useful staff member helped me by putting me into a smaller room and clean…hooray!!! Nope they then refused to compensate me even though they downgraded me and put my wife and I in a mould infested room. Also breakfast isn’t a breakfast, it’s a croissant with a slice of apple For what we paid it’s not worth it.

"Outstanding Stay!"

Outstanding staff. We left a bag on the bullet train and the lovely receptionist helped us get it back. We had it back within 24hours. We got a free room upgrade and breakfast added to our booking. Everything in the hotel seemed new. Location is right by the beach train and a great beach The view of the ocean and people surfing is amazing Can't recommend this hotel enough.
