"New-ish hotel in great location"

Lovely rooms with balcony and sea view. Excellent location and very friendly English speaking staff.

I now understand the previous reviews about the bathroom flooding. We only stayed one night so it didn't annoy us too much.

"A great modern hotel on the beach with cool people"

The hotel is still doing well in its second year. Great location on the beach of Songjeong, which is developing better due to the blue rail and other new facilities. A lot of surfers on the beach. Rooftop pool is probably the best in town. Staff and management are very kind and helpful. The new hotel restaurant and a great cocktail bar are cool additions.

We found a few small things that needed maintenance and cleaning. The signature fragrance is a little too intense in the lift and hallway areas.

"Wonderful, convenient, and the coolest."

My entire stay at TCH was wonderful. It is not a far taxi/bus ride from Haeundae, and has beach access to Songjeong Beach, which had busking and great food stops.

On one of my pillows, there were black dots. I had recently dyed my hair so I didn't think anything of it, but I used a different pillow the second night and there were no black dots.

Cool vibes and closeness to the sea

The staff did not provide an extra blanket for my friend and myself. The complementary breakfast was totally disappointing and they did not even have a vegetarian option for my friend.

This actually is a very cool place. Big rooms with sea views and some of the best beds I have ever tried. Staff is great and the area around the hotel is my favourite part of Busan. Highly recommended.

The staff here are absolutely lovely. The hotel had a very cool style and the king suite room was very large and comfortable. Roof top pool is awesome. The food at the downstairs restaurant is very good.

A couple of the facilities weren’t up and running yet, namely the laundry and lights in the gym room. Also need to turn the roof spa temp up a couple degrees and it would be perfect.
