This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform Charles Hope Southampton Waterside in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Note : Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500
