You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Note : Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500

"Relaxed stay just wish it was more organised"

Clean and tidy

The lack of communication on door entry and WiFi connection without an information card. Also when booked said I had access to a gym and coffee shop on site and then when checked in it was in a residential area opposite where I had booked .

What a lovely place to stay. Such good value for a delightful modern space. Immaculate apartment with everything that you needed. Views over Southampton were amazing. Found Charles Hope team extremely helpful via telephone. Will definitely be returning very soon

Amazing views and very luxurious.

The check in system needs some change as it was a bit of a going back and forth for us. We had instructions to call a number to get access to the flat but on the 9th floor there is no signal so we had a bit of trouble reaching out…

"Highly recommend the Penthouse for a higher view bit the apartments are just as good."

Stayed with family and would highly recommend for anyone to stay. We have also rented the Penthouse the views are breathtaking and outta this world. 10/10. Has everything a family needs. The night view of Southampton is stunning and seeing the wildlife and planes coming to land via Southampton Airport was just Wow. You have to experience the stay. For the UK felt like we was abroad on the Southampton coast. The beds was comfortable and we even had a study in the Penthouse and it was 2 bedrooms. Living room and kitchen was very spacious. Panoramic windows. Only bad point was there is construction going on next to the building. But didn't put off the experience.
