You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Note : Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500

"Beyond exceptional with a view!"

The property was amazing. Modern finishes, highly secure, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this location. The staff are also on point and available 24 hours a day (office hours for routine enquiries and after hours for emergencies) I was very impressed with the client services.

The only thing I could recommend is USB and Type C sockets by the bedside for phone charging.

The place was clean and amazing

Not really about the property but I was double charged the deposit amount and was only refunded the second amount after a lot of unnecessary hassle.

"Outstanding apartment"

Good communication. Lots of pre-booking forms to complete but guess important to stay safe. Outstanding apartment. Top notch. Very comfortable and great for couples and families. Great price for what you get. Great location. The only quibble was parking. I chose the apartment because it said it had parking. I was told that there would be a space allocated to the flat. I was then told it was £15 per night to park car. I was then told that there were no spaces left. Lastly it was suggested that I go on parkopedia and find somewhere to park. Not great, and was very stressed when I arrived, not knowing what to do,. especially during a storm. Oddly directly opposite under Mettricks is a massive car park that is free for 3 hours and only cost £8 overnight. That info would have been very helpful before hand. Otherwise, can't fault and happily stay again

"A lovely apartment"

We are traveling through the UK and have stayed at many properties. Being a relatively new property, everything is in very good condition, no stains anywhere! Everything is of a higher standard, even down to the cutlery. Nice also to enjoy a morning coffee from the machine. Then there is the view of the ever changing river and areas of the port, a magnificent outlook.

The only thing I couldn’t find was a chopping board..
