You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Note : Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500

Very clever the way they release the door while you're on the phone

Maybe I'm just a bit stupid but I didn't find the place as easily as I thought. Also parking is chaotic - I only understood where to go after we'd arrived, but it's quite reasonably priced at the place opposite so little need to move to the free one.

"The staff did not help at all"

Clean and new with cooking hob and wash machine.

1 There is no separate dryer. The drying function of the washing machine can easily damage, wrinkle and shrink clothes. 2 No extra blankets. 2 people share a blanket which is uncomfortable. 3 The staff is pushy. I have a late check out at 2pm , but they called me to leave immediately at 1:45 pm. Very rude. 4 No extra rubbish bag in the room.

"Check in was NOT good!"

Lovely apartment. Great views. Comfortable.

Check in was a nightmare. We were outside the building for nearly an hour trying to call as advised to check in. Good job it wasn't raining. No one was answering even though I filled out an extensive form stating arrival time. It took calls and an email to head office to finally get a reply. We got in at 10.10pm approximately. Not a great start to our holiday. The apartment is in a residential tower with great security and was very pleasant once we got remote access. One light bulb missing the other bedroom lamp didn't work. Our bedroom had a broken blind cord which gave us no privacy at all. For the price, things like this shouldn't get missed.

For me this was complicated I recieved several emails regarding entry to the property however it could be made clear that when you get to the property call this number and they will guide you remotely through the locked doors to your accommodation until you gain access to the apartment and have access to the apartment keys.

The security checks with proof of ID, requesting age and verification did seem excessive.
