You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. All guests must undergo an ID verification process and completion of our security deposit invoice. Guests are required to upload ID for all guests via a secure platform after booking. Please be advised that until these procedures are completed, we are unable to provide check-in information. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Note : Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500

appartment was lovely

post code took us 2 miles away from building parking was 10 min walk away and not on site as stated on bookin.com also paid £30 for 2 nights parking and there was a car park next to appartment for £8 for 24hrs

Everything else horrible experience the company has stolen out deposit for no damages they were very complicated to get the deposit to them and they have a horrible check in service we waiting out in the cold on 2 separate occasions as we booked two apartment. I would not advice anyone who doesn't have time to waste to book this property. This place still owes me security deposit and no one has bothered to email or notify me. Horror show in this property avoid at all cost
